More flexibility

PicoJet uses energy-effcient LED final cure with temperature-controlled backup roller for temperature-sensitive substrates. PicoJet incorporates static control, web cleaning and corona treatment for wide choice substrate printing capability.

Operator-friendly Engineering

This state-of-the-art equipment boasts innovative, user-friendly technologies, such as Auto Splice Recognition as well as Auto Reverse mechanism, minimizing media waste. Thanks to the accurate and consistent ink delivery system, together with the exceptionally small droplet size, PicoJet is capable of offering high quality printed results at high speed.

Variable Data functionality is available as an option and runs with the Dantex PicoPilot press operating software.

Modular Platform

PicoJet has been designed on a modular platform, offering a wide range of inline finishing options; die-cutting, lamination, backslit/edge trim, slitting and rewinding. PicoJet uses a 2.5pl ink droplet size offering exceptional ink coverage without any loss of quality or colour integrity. Small ink droplets also reduce running costs by minimizing ink consumption.
